Hi, I have a 4th floor 2 bedroom flat in Cambridge city centre. It's a 5 minute walk to town, parkers piece, botanical gardens.10 minutes to train station and newnham and short distance to the hospital. It has a lift to the third floor with a private storage cupboard big enough for bikes, pushchairs etc. The flat has double glazing throughout and a large balcony.
