I have a very large ground floor flat 2 bed in Cherry Hinton, right next to the Hall. It has separate utility room, 2 double bedrooms, new kitchen and bathroom, private garden. Double glazing throughout, gas central heating with radiators, and we are having a brand new front door fitted in a few weeks. Landlord is Cambridge City Council.
