Hi!
I have a 2 bed first floor flat on orchard park, there is a lift. I am eligible to exchange on the 25th feb so would like everything to be in place ready.
the flat is situated in a nice area with friendly neighbours, the busway is 2 minutes away. The bedrooms are a reasonable size. Please note that there is no balcony. Also, there is no carpet in the bedrooms. But there is brand new carpet in the front room being fitted tomorrow,
I'm looking for a 2 bed GFF, maisonette or house within the CB4 area, preferably arbury.
