A new build in Orchard Park with excellent access to the A14, Science Park and Guided Bus. This lovely, well looked after 3rd floor apartment has superb views, plush carpeting throughout and a reserved off-road parking space along with two large balconies. The two bedrooms are both of very good size. The property is within walking distance of schools and several parks. New shops are currently being built across the road.
We have loved living here but need a bit more space as we have recently had a second baby.
